hello!

Main rule which you must follow:

aftre pinout finder found pinout- do not disconnect phone from wires.
do not disconnect USB cable or anything in circuit PC>box>pinout finer> phone.
close pinout finder application and go to chinese miracle soft.
make sure that correct com port is set and make any needed operation.

Please post if this advice was helful or we need to search for other problems

Hello,

If you will be able to find pinout for other phones and use PinFinder with other phones this means thsat PinFinder works well.
Possible problems: please, download and read latest PinFinder manual http://www.infinity-box.biz/download..._PinFinder.pdf page 18

Hello,

What update you talk about ?
If you talk about PinFinder software update v1.06 I can say that it was changes related with pin detection algorithms but now related with PinFinder hardware.

Did you read manual according to my advice ?

Also, please, explain step-by-step what you tried to do and what exactly not work. To be honest your problem description is not clear so you must post here problem description with step-by-step explanation !
