strange problem


i have one phone
bluetooth 2 GSM MOBILE
die when i try to format,i cnyact the support,and big thankks for team
[email protected],isend for him the back up 9flash.EEprom,
backup_system_log).so ,the phone come on again after the team make
a new update ,InfinityUpdate_ChineseMiracle_v2.34,
BUT,i have now a strange problem with it
the phone accept only one sim in both sides that
if you put sim in SIM A is working
if you put sim in SIM B is working
but
if you put the two sims (SIM A and SIM B)the phone work with one sim only
the other sim display when you turn phone on
opening SIM B ,then searshing,then stop
any idea how to solve this problem

hello!

if this is double MCU phone and both SIM cards must stay in network at the same time:
then most common problem is IMEI. it could be missing, invalid, blacklisted or also must pay attention that second IMEI must be different to First one

hello!

if it is single MCU phone- only one card can stay in network at the tme.
you can switch between active SIM cards, keeping one stying connected
while other is offline
