Unhappy Struggling with Infinity Box.

Hey guys. After a bit of help please. I have been trailing these forums and the Infinity support site for days with no luck.

I am trying to flash some Chinese iphone i9's however when i load the infinity box and select the "Chinese iphone">>>"i9" it says:

Quote:
Information is not found in database, see more here:
1. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\pinout\
2. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\pinout\ChineseMiracle\
When i load this file from my computer it is empty.

I cannot find the phone flash files to download. Also i am not sure why this folder is empty in the first place.

Only reason i can see, is that upon setting up the Infinity box it says "Disc space required - 70Gb" I thought this was a mistake. Can it really use 70Gb??? IF this is correct then that is the problem as i dont have enough space left on my pc.
Could someone confirm?

Any help at all would be appreciated, i am on a bit of a deadline here.

Many Thanks.

Hello,

Disk space required for exe files is 200Mb.
Flash files (about 95Gb zipped) can be found in Infinity-Box support area or at CD/DVD (158 CD disks required or 24 DVD disks required) if your reseller provide it (but I do not think so due to all users download required files from support area).

Here is an instruction how to get required flash files: Infinity-Box

Hi,

Thank you for that.

I am still getting the same error when i have downloaded the Chinese Miracle.exe files.

Information is not found in database, see more here:
1. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\pinout\
2. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\pinout\ChineseMiracle\

The files are on my pc, they just seem to be empty???

Because of this i cannot go any further.

When i try to "Read detailed info" it just hangs for ages until i give up.

If you can not find any files in C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\pinout\ChineseMiracle\ folder you have to download latest "Pinouts" update from Infinity-Box support area and install it.

Hello,

To read an information from phone you have to use correct pinout.

Hello,

It's impossible to include several thousands of different cables in box package, so only widely used cables was included.
Anyway, you can use your own cable easily (it may me that it will be little bit hard first time but after first time you will be able to make it easily).
Also you can use Infinity-Box PinFinder - it's a special hardware for automatic pinout detection and for manual pinout selection for many phones. Infinity-Box

Also, I did not understand well what cable you talk about exactly ?
Please, read this instruction about own cables:

In some cases you can use USB cable for "General information" reading and for "imei" operations, but for other operations (read/write flash, unlock, format) you have to use Rx/Tx/Gnd cable.
So if you want to flash phone you have to start from correct pinout detection.

Goin to contact Infinity via the site to check.
