What for do we need TeamViewer to download files ?
see post #1 and login to IOS
then go to [BEST] support area
then find "N-1 plus" folder there

hi which software expired and which i have still support ?
BTW i need to download sc9820e firmware that in other post you told that ' you have it in support can you pls send a link to that i can not seems to find it
this is what i have in my acount:

what is the diffrance between
this activation : Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates/Support Renew, Chinese Miracle-2 included
to this one ? :Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for Infinity [BEST], Chinese Miracle-2 and 1 year support included

Currently support renew for [BEST] is not implemented yet due to covid situation. You do not need to renew it.

It is support renew for dongles that already have "Infinity-Box/Dongle" activation
