navimanager not working i can't download nokia firmware only *.vpl file from hole file
such us RM-1141 firmware when i download just this file downloadin RM1141_059X211_02074.10000.15174.44001_012.vpl i use best infinty 2.29
any hope to download nokia firmware

Login to your IOS account
go to Settings
go to BEST support area
files are there

Your box/dongle type is "Infinity-Box/Dongle" but not [BEST].
If you want to use [BEST] software you should buy "BB5 Easy Service Tool [BEST] software activation for Infinity-Box/Dongle"

How to activate:

If you have credits at your account:
- login to your IOS account - https://www.infinity-box.com/service/
- go to `Products` menu
- select `BB5 Easy Service Tool [BEST] software activation for Infinity-Box/Dongle`
- enter your S/N

If you have no credits at your account:
- Contact to your seller - https://www.infinity-box.com/buy/ and buy credits or activation
