infinity best dongle

please help can't get this to work I have tried with different versions on cm2mt2.

Operation : Format FileSystem [ v1.58 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

Wait for phone...

Sync...
Inital Boot Ok!

Infinity box dongle error

Good day, how do I go about rectifying my smart card error in my infinity box .
While I was updating my infinity box, the connecting cable to the box shook and showed this error below.

You can use IOS Account unlimited time.
Also you can use previous Infinity software versions unlimited time.

I read the username and password information via DongleManager, but when logging in, the password or username is written wrong.

DongleManager has FACTORY DEFAULT password only.
