Please, check list of support e-mails for different problems: Infinity-Box - Contacts

In most cases you will get faster reply if you will send an e-mail to required address.

At least one instruction regarding activation move was sent in past days. Probably it was your card.
If you did not got any information about activation yet, please, send a mail to [email protected] with information about old and new cards.
