Hello,

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area
3. If you can not understand what to do post here error messages that you can see in support area.
Remove any kind of private data from your public message in forum (f.e. dongle S/N, support area username, password) !

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong and how to help you.

i have same problem i have sent mail to support and recieved mail from the support that no any problem ur dongle data is good but again same problem my pc date and time is right as well i already checked with other PC but same problem

i have recieved mail

hello!

you must set your PC clock to current (real time) and repeat login process.
dongle data which you sent to me is OK.
user name and password which is needed for access is present





but problem is still same

What is current date/time at your PC ?
Try to clear your browser cash and temporary files, repeat login process again.
