can samsung (tar) files be written directly by flash mode?

some days ago try to tar format in sm2mt2 not writing.
bootloader fixed file in tar format.
make a file in bin format then flash cm2 dongle.

I mean in samsung TAR format files. being able to write them directly without the need for a dump or a scatter file
