Team can help me with this failure please


I have this problem after copying the stock rom of a good team for this other one I keep that legend (not google key) someone knows how to solve apart there is a black screen sometimes it starts sometimes not
Operation : Identify [ v2.04 ]
BootMode : SVC

1. Power off device, wait 10-15 seconds
2. Not hold any key on device ( OLD devices - 1 : VOL+ , 2 : VOL- )
3. Insert cable in device!

Wait for device ...

Device Connected!
Enter SVC ...
Waiting Device ...
Check SVC ...
SVC : DiagChannel opened!

Boot Done!

SOC GEN : UniSoc ( E-family and Modern )
BuildInfo : sp9832e_1h10_gofu_osea-user 8.1.0 OPM2.171019.012 41114 release-keys
MemoryInfo : EMMC : 16 GB ; DRAM : 1 GB

Can someone help me with this I have the client calling every day thanks

what brand/model is this phone ? is this Logicom?
find factory firmware and flash (i think firmware backup from phone not work for this model)

It asking for attestation key. Only get from vendor or seek fw version without attkey.

problem like "sometimes works, sometimes not" very often related to phone hardware fault.
You should ask user why phone become faulty and also you should check phone hardware

I do not have how to ask for that password or key sir, the equipment is new from the box they gave it to me in the logo so I requested another new equipment make a copy of the software with the cm2 spd2 v2.05 module version and after flash I keep that legend sir

Device require install attestation keys.
If you have good device - read FW from it, remove from it system.img and upload for check.
