I did SmartAv with "Clean UserData" option marked and also full reset and after that the phone is now hanging in Tecno logo. The build of the phone is CXAir-H3713A-N-190614V169 but the file of the phone I have is CXAir-H3713A1-N-170411V92, please if I flashed it with it, will the phone be ok? Because if you mean in phones settings, the phone is not coming on complete again, it only hangs on Tecno logo and I try to put it into recovery and from there I delete cache, but the problem was not solved, is still hanging on Tecno logo and also if I want to do full reset from recovery mode, it will not reset, rather the phone will just restart and still on Tecno logo still. Please somebody help me out! | |
