unable to access support area - GSM-Forum

as soon as i try to go to support area it says to download support manager after down load also it goes to demo version please help infinity team..

Download Latest Support Manager ( Also called Shell. It is Used to accesssupport area,
view documentation, It has a special feature to open any Infinity Box module using this tool
Once installed it creates a shortcut on the desktop by the name "Infinity Box Shell"
Support Manager can be downloaded from the link below

I used from Shell v1.18 ,but :

Connecting to server [http://www.infinity-box.com/download] ...
Read Timeout
Update connection settings finished.

please help.

change support area mirror to mirror 1 or mirror 2

hello,
Main-serveur not working
mirror1 and mirror2 working
so Hmodule_1.03 (j120i unlocking) not available on mirrors

i have tried it many times but no use . it takes me directly to demo mode ...

hello totalmanish!

must be your user name and pssword which is stored inside dongle is damaged.
please use dongle manager to read out dongle data and send it to
[email protected]
