Unable to connect Motorola W220 Please Help

When i tried to connect W220,it gives me following error Please Help


COM13 [VCP0] selected
Device: Motorola-W220
"advanced chip detection" active
Action: read full flash
Checking data, wait...
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
loading...
Boot fail
Finished, time used: 6 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

Phone is 100% ok with blue display, I want to Flash it.

use direct com cable com1 or cheak baudrate
and also cheak that phone battery is fully charged

I tried all available baud rate, Also latency set to 4. Also Battery Full Charged(Set Switches On)

But Still Unable to connect...............

cek u PLUG IN CONNECTOR in phone maybe it's broken, or cek u cable, software is OK, coz i already flash this phone type many times

use com port available in device manager / port usb port off infinty

in software don't cek auto scan
