Member: 221603 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1581270 Thanks Meter: 6,395 | unable to log on to support site thanks for the good updates and good work i am having problem to log on to support site i am using the new shell v1.21 but when i try to logon to support site i get this message 1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area ! 2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC. 3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link. If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again. Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality. plz solve my problem thanks waiting for the help Mobile Clinic |

Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction: 1. Run DongleManager 2. Make "Read S/N" operation 3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to [email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong. Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle. |

Member: 100376 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1591842 Thanks Meter: 150 | sir i will again send u the deatail which i have sent at [email protected] the problem which i saw is that it opens the support page shows some intial text message as pasted above then nothing happening just hangs there is it the problem of my dongle or my browser is creating the problem i'm confused whereas dongle manager is connecting to the update server smoothly & all of the exe's r working but no access to support area thanks |
