unlock motorora c139 with infinity box - GSM-Forum

hello everybody!
can anybody help me how to unlock C139 mobil, on my sceenshot i see no unlock sign for all mobil,it´s just for flash i think.is there any help!

Before go to settings and select phone type: C139, after that go and check in the " SERVICE" menu, there you have UNLOCK Function

HI .................................

check documentation in the same folder \Moto01_v112
If you have problems with initial connection (software can't detect phone):

1. Open Device Manager
2. Open Ports COM & LPT
3. Right click on "Infinity USB Serial Port and select Properties
4. Select Tab Port Settings
5. Press to Advanced...button
6. Set Latency Timer value to 4 (see file Advanced_Port_Settings.jpg)

Thanks for your feedback, the probleme is that the dongle don't recognise the phone and I even don't have that model in the list only the C115 , C116 and V170 but the C139 is not listed, do I need to downlod its module seperatly or is the same serie.

If you don't see "C139" model in lits this means that you have very old version of Moto software.
Visit support area at www.infinity-box.com and downlaod latest Installation package v2.2 wih all latest software.

thanks all of u for the help, i installed the new software 2.2 v. but now if i press sp unlock, it tells me

ress and hold power button. i did the command but it does not unlock.although i change the letenci speed to 4 and the all available com port.thanks in advance.

In my Com and LPT I don't see any "Infinity USB Serial Port"

I only have "USB serial Port"

and set the latency speed to 4 as you said.

"USb serial port" is Ok too.

Also, please, read instruction in yellow window (you will see it for sure when you start software).

man ! did you unlock any C113,C115,C116,C117,C118, using Infinity with your cable !!
