Can i solder these on board tx,rx,ground and use infinity chinese miracle to detect mobile on com port???

Best option is

Make cable like this

RJ45 Pin2 to Needle
RJ45 Pin3 to Needle
RJ45 Pin7,8 to Crocodile.
