Very urgent cry to product supporters!!!
Please , my dongle with CM2 activation has suddenly stopped working.
It happened two days ago and i have tried every possible solution i found on forum but to no avail. I keep getting 'DONGLE NOT CONNECTED' any time i try to open nokia and cm2 softwares.
I have tried the following but they all did not work:
1. tried to update with dongle manager
2. I removed the smart card and tried to update it on a different box
3. formatted my pcs and reistalled the drivers the smart card and reballing it.

1. What other options do i have left?
2.In a worse case scenario where my dongle is damaged beyond repairs and i have to buy a new BEST DONGLE, will i have my CM2 activation restore unto the new dongle? or i will have to pay for a new activation fee and loose the previous one?
3.If it is possible that you can have the cm2 activation restored on the new one, what will be the approach? that is, what do i have to do?
I desperately need your help and answers.

- Run CardID
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button
