Please I uploaded Iphone 5c AT&T today. The job is complete but Iphone is still locked, my credits too is gone

It may takes up to 48 hours to get device unlocked after completion.

Also try to Restore the iPhone - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414 and set it up as a new phone in order for iTunes to give you a "Unlocked..." message. What is the results?

Question: why you have uploaded this imei for processing once again in half hour after you have received conformation about first order ?
Your 2nd order was sent to operator automatically so if you will have any problems with this imei in future - it will be really hard to get refund.

And yes, your nice message "Thiefs why are you replying" was read well, lets hope that mesage will help to solve any problems fast.
