vnus z80 prime or z5 prime (is the same) sc7731g any firmware!!!
the phone hang logo after hard reset and cant read flash from other phone

you may try to find firmware file and flash the phone.
Also remember that in some cases startup freez is a result of faulty emmc chip (hardware fault)

Better to make Reset in Flash mode instead of service.
To make FW read need first make Identify in FLASH MODE.
