voxtel 2iD dead after flash with infinity box - GSM-Forum

first mobile is working ok but i start with sir mobile hang
i flash mobile latest file download from infinity supoort then i flash
after dlash mobile is dead

check this

if you have back up flash it back then check on support if they have available flashfile for it

Hello,

Make "advanced chip detection" box checked in "Settings" page and try to flash phone again.
Also if mobile was freez/restart before flashing I strongly suggest you to open phone and check it's hardware.

how to connect the voxtel2id with serial cable or com cable..........infinity show lobster575 but not connect in this cable.....plz help

Hello,

if phone can not be connected with ordinary cable try to use other cable modification (you can see it in Shell).
