Hello,
You can try to flash phone with firmware files from Infinity-Box support area.
Also check phone ESN and repair it if need.

motorola w170 phone locked, I flash mobile with support files no use. ESN ok, rim card is working other cdma phone

What text you see at phone LCD ?

w170_Flex_FF_A60_0101_1407_TATA[1].B2F.bin
w170_LPH_A60_A9_10060_En_Vn[1].B2P.bin
after flash this file again same problem....

in flex and flash with infinity
file available in support area
my problem solved 100000%
