Send the flash but I have not had answer, I have damaged my second I telephone with this version 1190-0000. HELP supported||||||

It's not possible to damage phone if software say "error: unknown or damaged device, read flash and send to support" !

If your phone damaged you always can make this: flash phone with other files set from support area and phone will be alive and can be unlocked.
