W220 & W375 Flash Files needed!! - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody? how r u ?
well i write this post cause i need some files for the mot w220 & w375 and i dont know where can i get them!!
i try on the support but they are not there!
i appreciate any help!

W220 :
Main firmware : S1.360
Flex: 1.364.048-M1v49

W375
Main Firmware : SW_w375_0.0.71.K2
Flex: Flex_w375_gm_003

hello!

if there is no same files, you can use others, near to you original software version.
for emergency case make full backup of existing software

is any chance to backup the flash file that i need from other phone....and then put it on the phones that i have to flash???
Extract and Write...
It is possible?
I appreciate any help cause i need very urgent!!!!!!

Hello,

Yes, it's possible, but need to send backup files to [email protected] so we will convert it and upload in support area. It's quite fast procedure.
Before backup/send pls check firmware version, probably these files already exisi in Infinity-Box support area.
