yes sir they have a point if ever you disregard the spredtruim and other chips cpu's of china phone your box is going to be nonsense or become useless in the future i think or my opinion your team need to considerate for this chips.instead of promoting a new dongle that the functions is had already in other boxes. maybe you need more powerful upgrade in your system.it because there are many boxes and projects coming with auto and supported of many chip like china phone.

i have also infinity box but the true is i only use it in china mtk cpu only
yes there are 4thousand models supported in this box but not all of them are here in my country.in reality 30%china that you will be used 10% in other mobile.let me give you an example:
unit supported by infinty
1.chinese miracle for mtk only 40%
2.samsung but in selected model only 0.1%
3.aino/airgold/avivo and so on. 0%

i rate that it because i have also other box were support orig model
so it means in other country 1 to 3 models or brand of unit. are can only repair by your box and the rest is nonsense.or useless.
well this is an opinion and observation why dont you survey the user or supporter of this box so that you may know what are the only needs to be upgrade next time or let them be chose what brand of there unit they want it to upgrade.for there needs

Infinity-Box never released payed updates (in compare with many other tools) !
Infinity-Box did not charged any user's for any penny during 6 years of Infinity-Box project life cycle !

To be hones I am sure that no one of so called "future multi-pulti projects" can be compared with Infinity-Box.

Why ?
Answer is easy: Infinity-Box is a tool that CARE ABOUT USERS !
As you know, we do not release 5$ cost software that kill 95% of phones and repair 5% of phones.
If we release something we make our software good and stable to be sure that users can REPAIR but NOT KILL their phones with our software.
It's our biggest advantage - our software produced by HIGH EDUCATED PROGRAMMERS and we are LONG-TERM PROJECT, niot like other products who release "the bestests and most universal spd/infineon/agere etc. etc" box and then leave market.
Please, think serious about my words !
