I have no "blinking" ,unlock or restarting problem. Phone starts up normal with sim card in so unlock was correct. The only problem is that in the Band menu there is no 1900 band to select, probally the flexversion. Would be pitty to have to flash a locked flex into the phone. Maybe there is a solution to just make the 1900 band visible in the menu |
