i understand, but on the phone sticker i have another last digit and do not know how explain this to customer :confused:

it will be good if we can switch automatic/manual calculate of last digit of IMEI

i have repaired imei more than 200 set but no problem till now

You can explain to your customer that his phone had damaged imei before, but now his phone has really correct imei with correctly calculated last digits and from this time this phone/imei can be accepted by any network.

i can't explain this to customers, they trust only digits on the sticker, that's all :)

one difference in IMEI and we have a scandal here :)

this problem have all Ukrainian users i think, but not all know english :D

In fact it's a problem with chinese manufacturers but not with Ukrainian users.
If you know what is first 14 imei digits and what is last imei digit - you understand what I talk about.
