You can try to use Infinity-Box for unlock and see results.

i try to unlock use f3 pinout but not done also try other pins but no result ,pls tell me INFINITY what this phone is a cdma because no imei is in back side on Backside Motofone (F3c)

CDMA F3 phone can't be unlocked with software for GSM phone.
