I wanted to update my box .Sent mails to resellers in Pakistan but no answer
from any one .Sent mail on 22 Dec 2011,today is 25th Jan2012 but no answer.
I wished for 18 moths but now if i take activatin ,i can get only for one year activation .This is only due to irresponsibilty of infinty resellers.

I activated my box one year ago ,If infinty give me 18 moth activation ,i,m ready to pay .

sorry i did not understand the problem well , when you access support area
you see registeration date and expiry date, give me that data please

Sir ,my Problem is very simple .I wanted to activate my box sent mails to resellers but they did not answer of my any mail.If i got activation in dec 2011 it was to be for 18 months but due to their behavior now 2012 is started and if i get activate my box ,The activation will be for 12 months.

Plz tell me if any good favor for me from u.?

hello!

which date you got your box from reseller?
same date you had to make registration using Dongle Manager.
this date is counted as "registration day"
there is no other way to make registration.
