what happend in infinitybox

i have problem i install new windowsxp on previous windows working
infinitybox but know i insatll new windows and install infinity soft
when i open soft suddent my computer restart i try uninstaller driver 1.2
to install 1.4 but the same problem what can i do for it.pls infinity team help?

Hello,

In most cases "PC restart" problem is a result of incorrectly installed FTDI drivers.

Where to get latest FTDI drivers:
1. latest FTDI VCP drivers is here: http://ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes:
1. disconnect box from PC
2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe
3. reboot PC
4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package
