what type of chinese phones that are not supported by infinity?

i got one phone which can not be read by infinity and i try everything but no success.

i could not look at its CPU type as the custmer let only open it to see where is RX and TX lines and i saw them there were two of each one ( RX0 and RX1 and the same for TX) i connect the all lines and try everything but no success at all.

so does that mean there are some phones with another cpu which can not be detected by this box??

if you can't check CPU name it's impossible to understand what software should be used for Chinese models.
