Infinity Best+cm2 simcard not detecting help

please help me great infinity team and tell me how can i replace simcard with new simcard and i have activated nokia best and cm2 on this card.
caid id is this
Card-Reader: Generic EMV Smartcard Reader 0
ATR: 3B7D94000080318065B0831148C883009000
Card Manager: A000000018434D00
SCardTransmit error
SmartCard API error #2148532271
A communications error with the smart card has been detected. Retry the operation.

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

tell me how can i get back my activations on ney dongle.because i have activated best nokia and cm2 on this faulty simcard.help me and i am an old user of infinity products.

Buy same type of dongle/smart card to transfer activation from old dongle to new dongle.

Your old dongle type is [BEST].
If you want to transfer anything from your old dongle to new one you should buy new Infinity [BEST] Dongle.

Thanks sir for help.now i will buy new best dongle and then send activation transfer request and i hope my previous cm2 activation will be transfer to new best dongle.(if i buy used best dongle from someone is it possible to change registered email address to my own email address.

please team transfer my activations.old damaged card sn is 3248905F and new card sn is 9138BB8F....please transfer my activations then i could use cm2....i shall be very thankful infinity team.
