I think you are having cable problem or you are not doing something right because i use infinity for flashing this phones always. But with the vodafone 250 there is work to be done on the SP unlock aspect. We hope the team works on that asap.

thats what am talking about.
i use the new alcatel cable by GPG.
i used this same cable to unlock vodafone 541 yesterday.
there are more work to be done about these models.
