Where is the problem


I have infinity box and i try update support miracle and best nokia but my seller not found my serial number. In my history i use same series. Please tell me where is wrong, now my box is active only with best nokia and gbkey. thanks advance

Use dongle manager v1.72 to read dongle info.

Your dongle is very OK. Maybe u should try and update firmware with the same dongle manager
BTW login to iOS to check your support expire date.. https://user.infinity-box.com/

Instead of using 3rd party server to RENEW your CM2 support, tell your reseller to credit ur account with 200 infinity credit and you have to renew by yourself...

GO TO PRODUCTS.CLICK BUY 2years or 1year any you want,after buy success
Run dongle manager and update your dongle[REMOVE OTHER DONGLES FROM YOUR PC ]DURING THIS PROCCESS

You have selected wrong activation.
Why do you select "Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for Infinity [BEST]" ? You should select "Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew" or "Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates/Support Renew"
