Format my pc then Install InfinitySetupMain_v2.17a or InfinityUpdate_Shell_v1.32

open infinity windows select any brand thrn click run closed main window then try to go enter support area same slosed main window

how to solved thid problem 1st time face this type problem

Hello,

It may be that you have installed "Shell" and "Main installation package" in different folders.
Try to uninstall package v22.17 and the install Shell and Package again to the same drive.
