Hello,
First use latest software v1.17.
Make sure phone has eMMC or Nand.
And try again with either Alternative LDR mode or by selecting .pac file as base.

Can you tell the problem and what you want to do with phone?

Locked with pattern/hang on logo?

i want to read file as phone is new and have 5.1 ver

If the phone has spd chip inside with Android 5.1 so you should root and try again.
