Why infinity team dosent hepl us infinity kill coral 255

WHY this team dosent help us yestarday i ask for help in 2 post and thay dont even bother to help me i have 14 boxes and i a new custumer of infinty team cause i just get recently ....POLAR TEAM ,CYCLONE,AND THE REST OF TEAM ALWAYS answer but this team INFINTY dosent care maybe is because is e cheaper fone that killed or dont know but the fact that INFINTY killed my fone custumer very upset im not very happy either ....WHY UR TEAM PUT a fone that u instead to unloked they just killed in ur updates ????????????????? here is the log of the box hello infinty team my fone get alive again after flash firmware form support area and still locked and everytime i try to unloked with the unlocke method standart or unlock method fast my fone get dead afther then i did unlock with read codes and they give me the code but there is not way tu put code in mobile i open the fone with test card but when i get inside fone security to put code the unlock code that infinty box gave me is to long PLS TEAM HELP GIVE ME THE SOLUTION here is the log HOW TO PUT CODE COM194 [VCP0] selected

- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)

Yes, fact it - I have an idea how to enter unlock code in this phone and I'll be glad to post here this code for unlock test, but for sure, if phone is dead, nobody need this code, because it's impossible to enter code into dead phone.
What do you thin about this, yaro ?

also, did you tried to read message given by our software ?
If you do not want to follow our advice and if you do not want to send to us new firmware for research, what support you talk about ?

thanks for reply me at last somebody help me im not a liars if u read my fisrt post u will see that i get alive back the fone from a firnware that i get from ur support area so the reason i get really get upset is fisrt when my fone die i ask for help and nobody help me then i get alive the mobile but the fone dosent get unlocked it just give me the code and dont know how to put code inside however i also ask for help how to put code and nobody help me...thast why i put that infinty killed my fone becase everytime i try to unlocked execp when i use read code the rest way to unlock it does kill the fone and i manage to get alive everytime in fact the mobiles is alive now only becase i flashe with a firmware form suppor area TANKS FOR UR SUPPORT AREA BUT i cant get unlocked the fone it wasnt my intention to get u upset i juts wanna help from ur team i would like to said SORRY if i get u upset but it wasnt my idea pls team help me to unlocked the fone im honest i did read the message from sotware who said the firmare is not on the support area actulaly a got the fimware to send u pls guys i just need helps IM REALLY SORRY ....

thanks for u help it does work but i just wonder why the code that give is too long lock[1] code: + 424992860462 only alow me to the first 9 digits and it give me 12 digits ????????'' when i put the first 9 digist it said wrong pasword any idea ???????? pls i will flash the fone as the sotware said i will post results soon THANKS FOR UR HELP

yes, it's really strange.
Try to enter only first 8 or last 8 digits., let's see results.

i try everything my friend but not susses fone still locked it looks like is a new firmaware when i use smart fast fone get with white screen and only logo afther i try to put e new eprom but fone stay on logo THANKS ANY WAY FOR UR HELP INFINTY TEAM AND A REALLY SORRY FOR MY WORDS

If you have made full flash backup you can flash phone with firmware from support area and then repair imei to it's original value and make unlock via "smart-fast" unlock method.
