What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

same problem and my support date 10/2/2018
i renew support area

my dongle dont accept firmware update

always dont try more error 007
