It's always good idea to try newest software if old software fail

I download latest firmware I found in internet and flash in download only with SP Flash Tool, and same response. Then did mistake Format All + Download and delete main partition, I suppose now no IMEI and boot always in Factory Mode, can fix it with CM2?
