And this is only small reason why this team and these guys are THE BEST!!!

No-one gives customer support like this, and this is reason why this box is voted best box year after year! I applaud your hard work guys and maybe idea to put a donation paypal link on next shell build for maybe some customer who want to contribute and say their thanks for all the support over the years!

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.
