Hi nessyb!

i'm trying to extract the firmware from another hisense u971 and the infinity box software but everytime I push vol + and vol - buttons, the screen shows the sd card recovey not found... can you please tell me the correct button combination? I've tried booting EDL from fastboot option too, but it doesn't works.
