hi
after inserting sim card xtelecom (x3128) be gain to restart ......i format it in safe mode and rewrite imei but problem is same (but my past experience is that almost 10 xtelecome were fixed only formatting in safe mode)

yes but after this set is not going to power on ................is there any other solution ?

procedure.
1- format complete
2- hold POWER button for long time
