i want to buy this but i was told that without the box, dongle will not work.
question=) is the dongle standalone or work along with the box like mir.... bl... box?
can i use the infinity dongle full features without the box?

yes, Infinity dongle is stand alone.

mostly features with USB supported (no need xyz box)
for use com(usb jack damge , rx-tx on board) need box/comport

before buy , check all sticky threads/manuals.

i have read through the sticky threads and have downloaded the necessary exe only to be told that it cannot work stand alone that was where the confusion arise.
