You should extend your support period

1. Each box registered before 01 January 2012 get 18 months (1,5 years) free update and support area access, after which the box is subjected for yearly paid activation for new updates and support area access.
As far as I understand from this sentase I can use Support area until 01.06.2013.But now it is not possible whaty can I do

Hi,
I think Infinity Team implies that all boxes registered before 01.01.2012 have 18 months free support area access. If for example you registered your box on 01.01.2007,your free support area access should have expired on 30.06.2008. But between 01.07.2008 and 31.12.2011,there was no new paid service plan in effect that is why you still enjoyed free support area access.
I think if you still need support area for updates and flashfiles for now, then you should pay.
Best Regards,
JKKB

If you are right BR then I think Infinity team can demand alot of money for 2008,2009,2010,2011 years. What do you think?

Hi TUN10,
No I do not think that is the case because in the years 2008,2009,2010,2011 there was no such paid plan policy, that is why we enjoyed such privileges. Now take this example: Those who registered their boxes on 31.12.2011, I believe, can still access support area for free for the next 18 months, that means untill 30.06.2013.
Best Regards,
JKKB.

hello!

Guys, this is so easy:
each user can see if he has free support left or not.
Just try to login to support area.
There you will see date of First registration of your box.
also, there will be visible when this support ended.
You dont have to pay for previous years.
Each purchase (120 credits) will extend you support for one more year
