i have z250 restart, then i flash
now when i turn on the phone shown unathorized phone
i have unlock it but still same

Restore original phone eeprom backup.

can iuse eeprom from support area?

Hello,

You need to use eeprom backup from your own phone, it was created automatically in folder with software.
