zt9288 sim access error plz help me - GSM-Forum

i hhave zt9288 which shows sim access error. but wen i power on my handset it says in slot 1 sim exist but wen i select slot one it says sim eccess error , my handset can change slot by doing setting but can not access sim plz help me it is software fault or hardware , i did formate, unlock , repair secourity area but did not get any sucess plz help me soon
