Hello,

Do you have full or at least eeprom backup ?
As I can see this phone may have non-standars eeprom area location, but during format it was selected standard address range.

It was not me who first formatted the phone, other technician did. Is there other way to revive the phone? I look into support site for flash file, it has no match.

Hello,

Don't you think that "It got dead after comlete format ffs" and "When I received the phone was dead already" is a little bit different problem description ?
What is the reason to write absolutely false information ?

Anyway my advice: try to get information what was original phone firmware name, find similar firmware and flash phone with similar firmware.

And please, in future don't write here not honest explanation because the result of nay false explanation is a lost time and dead phones !
