i have a ztc zt68 (porsche) dual sim mobile , it hangs while working , i have tried to complete format the set but same problem remains ,

there is one new option in that phone , it shows 2 battery indicator on the screen and there is a reset switch on the side of phone ...

how to repair this phone ?

please help..

hello!

if both format methods do not help-
make full backup and perform flashing.
what is your phone software version? I will check flash file availability for you

unfortunately, we dont have this version flash file in our collection.
can you find same working phone to read out backup?
