Motorola c168 restart during incoming & outgoing call - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have 2 moto c168 mobile, & both have same problem "Motorola c168 restart during incoming & outgoing call"

I have tried following process

1. format ffs

2. full flash

3. unlock

4. repair eeprom

but no soloution.

plz share here , if any one solve this kind problem.

may be your battery problem.chack this battery and battery connector.than post result.

mostly this problem comes for Antenna switch

Can not make a call - Infinity-Box

without sim i can make call 112 without any problem

only with sim problem is arising.

what to do now?

Flash phone again with correct files set (select files according to FlashFilesDescription).
Also you can try to write repair eeprom and make "Repair" operation.
