Zte A66 no booting - GSM-Forum

Soft pana V. 1.56 I tried many A66 but no booting with zte 225 cable.
this cable works fine with A 35, A61 phones but with A66 no booting.
But in the soft (pana v.1.56 )yu said that now is supported.What is the probleme ?

Hello,

It looks like we need to collect more information about this model due to some people reported that everything is fine with this model but somebody can not boot phone.
Please, if you have some free time, open phone and post here detailed information about CPU chip name and about connector (where is GND and Charge pins) so we will be able to double check information that was received before.

the one that cant boot its the one killed by furious box only but other work fine once u try with furious to unlock work fine but will not power on and will not boot again pinout same as zte 125 same cables

Thats no escuse i have unlocked over 200 a66 and not one of them booted with infinity. I just had to get another box for the job. Infinty is still the best box for unlocking and flashing of most phones but they are a bit slow on this a66 update!

1.connector (where is GND and Charge pins) : the same as zte 225

Hi Bro!
The PCB of A66, V100 and A68 New are the same to A35 and A68 Old.
CPU: 7880
Flash chip: Spansion GLO16A10BF1W
PA NetWork: TQS 6M4028E

Cable and charger like ZTE A35. I compare the 2 pcb (A35 # A66) It's not difference. It comes to much the same thing.

It will be good if somebody can sell to us one A66 that can not be connected to Infinity-Box software.
If you can sell to us phone for tests please contact to Infinity-Box forum member.

Please, try to boot this phone with COM port cable first. I nean ordinary COM port cable but not FTDI box. In some cases it helps.
Let's see results, then we will talk about delivery.

Did you tried to use other cable (f.e. ordinary COM port cable) ?

Also, did you tried to adjust FTDI box connection settings ?
