zte s1602 user code not showing, how can I reset user lock.

nothing to do just dail *987*0# and reset ur phone......100% tested.

Thank you for help. I just adding an information that there is no option for resetting the phone. Instead of that it will show the 'clear all data' option. I selected it and the user code removed. Thanks again.
